We are organized in the field of related care. Administrative activities and activities not relevant for nursing have been shifted to other occupation groups (making beds, fetching and bringing things, laundry service, and the employment of ward assistants) to create additional time for an individual nursing treatment.

The quality of our nursing is influenced by the organisation of our staff members and their eagerness to learn. Only an organisation that is eager to learn can adapt to new conditions. This is furthered by a continuous exchange of experiences and knowledge with our employees.
