We assure the quality of our achievements by several measures. In the field of our nursing staff we guarantee quality by using strategies for staff development.

Apart from advanced training courses in the field of nursing (direction of care unit, practices, operating room, anesthesia and intensive medicine) we offer an internal training concept for our employees.
Topics like pain therapy, fall, character development, hygiene, bladder catheterism, wound treatment, malnutrition etc. are part of this concept.

Furthermore, expert standards in the field of nursing are implemented step by step. Apart from our internal training courses our employees take the chance to participate in further education courses of other facilities. Team- and individual supervision complete our concept.
