Lease

At least one inhabitant of the apartment should not be younger than sixty years old. The lease is unlimited with a legal period of notice. There is a protection against unwarranted eviction, the hirer can not claim the apartment for his own requirements. In addition to that a service contract will be concluded for the basic performances.

Nursing

In case that you want nursing treatment in your apartment you have the possibility to order an ambulatory nursing service of your choice. If you can no longer be taken care of by an ambulatory nursing service and need a place in a nursing home, we can contact the respective facilities.
